Passed 70-620 now what?

I just passed the 70-620 with a 810 this was my first exam ever and i want to continue going, i am looking to do the 70-623 and 70-622 and become a MCITP for windows vista

i am just wondering what the deal is with these exams they seem really similar to the 70-620 i see that the 622 has a section on deployment but the rest of the stuff looks the same, do these PRO exams get into more trouble shooting or what?

also i plan to just purchase the MS Press book again i thought the MS press book for 70-620 was great
