This is the break down:
Describe ho a network works 57%
Configure, verify and troubleshoot a switch+VLANS 66%
Implement an IP addressing scheme+ ip services... 75%
Configure, verify and toubleshoot basice router operation and Cisco devices 78%
Expain and select the appropriat administrative tasks for WLAN 67%
Identify security threats... 100%
Implement, verify and troubeshoot NAT and ACL 100%
Implement and verify WAN links 66%
Thanks to all on this site. I've been lurking here for about a year now and learning a lot from all the posts.
Next up Sec+, then MSCE.

WOW. Congrats. I am surprised to see such a weird breakdown. It sure seems like you fail...it is the lowest breakfdown i have seen that passed the exam Did you get a lot of NAT questions?
I have heard from more than one person that you can actually do very bad in the question but if you ace the sims you ca get a nice score, while if you do great on te questions and fail the sims you fail the exam.Training/Studying for....CCNP (BSCI) and some MS. -

I hit the books for about 6 months. I used Chris Bryant's material, Exam Cram, Lamele's 801, the pocket guide to CCNA commands, a home lab(22501's, 1 2610, 1 1924 ). 3 CCNA courses at local college.
Advice:
Study with real equipment, Practice the 3 NAT types on your equipment 3 or so times a day on your equipment or in packet tracker.
Alex,
I did very well on the sims. I don't know if Im allowed to say what I had on the sims or how many NAT questions I had. To be safe I will say Im glad I made NAT a top priority.
Strange thing is, the areas that I have low scores on this test, last week I had 85, 75, and 100, but the sims killed me.
I hope this helps. -

Congrats on the pass... persistence is a value you possess! Again Congrats!!
How was the Chris Bryant material? I'm leaning towards ordering it and I would like to hear from someone who's used the product recently. Also, how about the Exam Cram? I've heard some negative things about the book from co-workers and after reading the reviews on Amazon (albeit only two reviews of the book).

Thanks Peanut Head,
Chris Bryant's material is really good. Order it, you wont regret it. I thought Exam cram was good for a quick review right before taking your exam, after going over Chris Bryant and Lamele's book two times each.
I hope I didn't sound like the only thing you should study is NAT. NAT is important, but you should be very familiar with all of the objectives.
Congrats ciprian! -

Happy with CCNA for now. I am currently working a helpdesk position. For a promotion Im working toward, having CCNA, MSCE, an associates degree and helpdesk expierence it will be hard to get turned down for the network position Im going for.
Next will be MSCE.
