CCNA/CCNP Lab: What to add?
down77
I currently have (or am ordering) the following:
3 x 2501 16D/16F
2 x 3620 64D/16F with 2xNM-1e2w and 2xWIC-1T
2 x 2610 64D/16F with 1xNM-4a/s (for frame relay)
1 x 1720 32D/16F with 1xWIC-1BU and 1xWIC-1T
1 x 2950-12 switch
1 x 3750G-TS switch (borrowed from work)
1 x 12u rack and PLENTY! of cables from cablesandkits
Any suggestions on re-work or replacement to get through the CCNP. I could fit another NM-1e2w or 2e2w into each 3620 as well as more WIC-1Ts for playing around which I probably may do. I am also looking at using this for some fun Labs. A long term idea a coworker had is for 4 of us at work to bring in our gear and use each rack as an AS for BGP leaving us to have free reign to creative design within our own 12u space

it will be good if you have , 3550 for L2 and L3 Routing .

Make sure you get at least two routers you can run a K9 bin on so that you can practice VNP stuff. That 1700 will help you out with the ISCW and SDM.

With that many devices, an access/console server such as a 2511 or another 2600/3600 series with a nm-16a.

Looks like this guy already has his CCNA...post is from April.
To the OP...have you added anything else since then?
