CCM6 strange problem....

I have loaded up CCM 6.0 (for about a month now) on a VMWARE host.
In it's current setup, I have scaled back to 4 7940 phones.

I get dial tone on all units, and can dial and connect between them no problem.

However, when I dial a phone from any other phone, and then TRANSFER the call to another line, it goes through OK...but the screen on all the phones reads"CM down, features disabled"

...but CM is NOT down, for the call stays in place. Also, I can make calls between the other two handsets without any problem.

Ideas?

PS: How do you enable conferencing (add-hock from the phone)? I have the conference button, but when I try to do it I get "CM Feature not available"
