Passed 70-287 exam.. now MCSA-Messaging. For exam 20-297, is there simulation for it?

Congratulations on passing 284. That's my next target.
No simulations as such in 297. The test format is based around case study "testlets" and you have a limited amount of time to complete each one.
The Transcender / SelfTest Software practise tests provide a good illustration of the look & feel of these testlets (although not necessarily with respect to the time limits).
