How do one put remark for an extended access list on the router

You can create a remark

Router(config)# access-list 1 remark stop all traffic from host 10.1.1.1

or you can create a name access list

Router(config)# ip access-list PC
Router(config-nacl)deny 10.1.1.1 0.0.0.0
