MCTS welcome kit

Hey just wanted to post i just recieved my MCTS package from microsoft and it is really far more than i expected.

I downloaded my certificate off the mcp website but i also got 2 different certificates in the mail It was pretty cool. The downloaded one was just a trinket compared to the real trophy..lol

The 2 certificates mailed to me both have a nice gold seal on the front and look 100% better than the old mcp/mcse cert.

one says just mcts, and one has mcts:windows vista client config

Ohh and did i mention the wallet card also changed. I have taken many exams but have never been this over-zealous about certificate paper than i have been now.

This is the perfect incentive for me to take my MCITP:EST exam now. lol. I have 2 more days left before i go in and sit it.

Everyone take the vista exam its a "two-fer" it makes u excited about the OS and overexcited about the cert. lol

Looking forward to getting a nice new MS cert, right after this next Citrix exam

No i was not.

This exam never really attracted me before i started studying for it, and only then i started to get interested becuase i had a free chance to pass and also an opportunity to teach a few vista classes this year.

It's pleasing that you received something worthwhile in the post!
When I passed my MCSE I received a badge, a certificate, a nice bag containing all manner of CD's about MS products and a years subscription to technet.

Today MS treat MCSE's poorly compared to those days! Back then they needed a footprint and tried harder. Now they have the footprint and don't care.

My 'Team Leader' has an oldschool MCSE pin, MCP+I pin, and an MCP pin on his name plate on his desk. I think it looks pretty cool, wish I had one :^(.

My MCTS should be here today, it's been long enough.

I lost all my badges! I had those, including a CNA badge. Ah well.

I'm actually keeping my eye on ebay auctions for them. I'll letcha know if I see any.
