MCSA 2003 is made up of four or five exams, and there are two Exchange 2003 exams.

I'm guessing you want the elective that will give you the MCSA 2003: Messaging? 70-284.

70-284 is the Exchange 2003 administration exam, and 70-285 is the Exchange 2003 design exam. 70-284 satisfies the requirement for MCSA: Messaging and you need both for MCSE: Messaging
