Hi All,
I've been using a windows laptop to access my home lab. I've now switched to a Mac Book Pro running OS X (10.5.2). I'm looking for an application to console into my home lab (used router with no config at all) so I can set it up to allow telnet. I currently have a usb to serial cable, and a console cable. Any ideas on accessing a router using a MacBook Pro???
I can still use the windows laptop as needed, but I thought it would be pretty cool to setup "my" new (but used) router. Thanks for the help...

Hi Peanut Head
You will want to use zterm. http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/10529. Make sure you have the drivers for the usb serial adapter. -

While using the regular terminal, I would have to kill the pid of my connection before I started a new one... again, thanks for your input!
