ACL for a 831 soho any good template?

hey guys was wondering you guys hand any ACL list for a 831 soho. mine sucks
and well was looking for a good template to learn from. And how does one stealth a port
with command line? not just have the port closed. I want to stealth the ports.
thanks. if you could give me the config ACL in a PM or reply or maybe a link to a good reference on how to stealth ports in CLI. thanks
