Anyone use EMC's E-mail Xtender?

We're having a lot of issues with this piece of software. Anyone else use this as well?

The add-on to the Email Xtender, the Cache Client, keeps crashing Outlook.... icon_evil.gif

    Are you using Outlook 2007 by chance? If you are, Outlook 2007 is probably more at fault, it has a problem with add-ins in general. We don't use xtender but we have had issues with Enterprise Vault, our voice software and several other apps.

    Do you have support @ EMC and/or Microsoft that you can contact?

    Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
    Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...
