Can anyone tell me how to set up a web server on Windows 2003. I'm actually running Win2003 on VMWare from my PC and I need to run the server as a web server for simple tests. Any info would be much appreciated.

Edit: Sorry i didnt realise you asked for an how to?...just install the IIS component from add/remove components or through manage your server. If you then browse to the server once it is installed you should see an IIS page under construction...this just proves iis is working. or if you want to add sites etc see this guide: http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Web-Sites-Windows-2003.html

You can run the Apache Server as your WEB-Server.
