What sims to expect on 70-291

I have this monster to crack on Tuesday and just wondered how many of the questions would be simulations and what area these sims might test on, from other's experiences?

We don't discuss what the sims test on due to NDA.

Generally speaking, if you can do all the exercises in the MS Press book, you'll be able to do handle the sims. I like to think of them as being pretty basic, but you'd be lost if you haven't gone through the motions before.
