Im applying online for IT support position and as i proceed i need to fill in one question...here it goes..

How did you go about planning for a recent event/project you handled?


im not that good in english so if any one here want to help pls do. thanks in advance.

They just want to know the steps you think it takes to plan a project that you have done.

For example, if you are building an addition onto your house then you list how you planned it.

A. Looked up resources
B. Planned out the structure
C. Chose the best cost/skill level of the contractors
D. Hired the contractor
E. Completed the work
