pls as an accounting student, can i sit for the ccna exam because currently am on the ccna program and will want to know how beneficial it will be for me on part time basis.

I'm not sure how helpful an accounting background will be with the CCNA -- or how helpful a CCNA will be to an Accountant -- but Cisco doesn't mind.

As long as you are properly prepared, study hard, and get lots of hands-on practice you should be able to achieve the CCNA -- and have another skill set to fall back to if that Accounting thing doesn't work out for you.

When you mention "....currently am on the ccna program..." which program are you talking about?

Accounting? Don't you mean the ACCA rather than the CCNA?
