Download Virtual PC from Microsoft or VMWare server for free and install a virtual machine to do the labs on. You can always use your own pc if you want but some of the settings may not be optimal for your machine (but it would be good practice undoing everything. Have you purchased any test engines such as Transcender or Selftestsoftware to see where you need help?Treat people as if they were what they ought to be, and you help them become what they are capable of being.

undomiel Member Posts: 2,818I'd highly recommend setting up a virtual machine, you can grab virtualbox for free or vmware server for free as well. Set up an installation or two in there, and probably put in a simple 2003 installation just so you can get familiar with a domain environment. Also don't forget the technotes available here and the practice tests as well. I'd also recommend practice tests from free-tests.com and mcmcse.com as well. Just remember that while they will all test the same knowledge as the Microsoft exam that the questions are nothing like what you will see in the exam as those questions are much more wordy. Don't forget to read them through completely! That's the biggest thing this exam tests -- reading comprehension.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/

As mentioned setup a few virtual machines and play around with them, by far the best way to get things to stick in your head and get used to things.
