Cisco Press doesn't have a book specifically for the exam, but there are some books that are recommended reading in the About CCVP section of the Cisco Press web site.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

So I guess your CIPT efforts ended up in success. I have an older troubleshooting book, but it's at work and I won't be there until the 26'th of May. Unless I have a reason to pop by there today. If I do, I'll let you know what the title is. -

Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony -- I have that book already.. I thought there was something I was missing .. Like an actual Tuc book... but I guess not... Time to reread that book...
