Mohammad Zahedul Momen
i am reading in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering(last semister).
i think only engineering degree is not sufficient to get some challenging jobs in the telecommunication sector. so i started some professional course,at first i joined cisco network academy program and sucessfully completed CCNA 1& CCNA 2. but i am very much fond about wireless technology.so when i have heard about the CWNA i start CWNa.and drop ccna.
i hope after completing CWNA certification, i will go through for the CCNA.
Is it a good decision?
i m planning to take the CWNA certification exam this coming september. and for this i am planning to complete....
1. cwna official study guide 3rd & 4th edition
2. some video training which coverd cwna 3rd edition.(from mohzeni)
3. do practice exam.
is this ok?
someone tell me to read whitepapers from cwnp. but i m confused about that which type of whitepapers i have to read.
please reply me..
live long
happy strong

How much hands-on experience do you have building, configuring, and maintaining both wired and wireless networks? Personal experience with many different types of networking hardware and software helps quite a bit with the CWNA exam.

I am kind of in the same position but I have quite a decent understanding of Networks - wired and wireless.
I just ordered my CWNA book. I am familiar with most of the concepts that I saw in the Contents Page of the book but I still need some brushing up to do.
How long would it take to master it before booking the exam ???

There's no way to answer that question. It depends on how much you already know, how much you study, and how quickly you understand the material.
