Recovery agent

Hi,
Is it true that in Windows 200 Domain, only Administrator is a recovery agent by default but not in Windows XP?

This is true on a XP machine that belongs to a workgroup. In a domain the Domain Admin that sets up the first domain controllers acts as the recovery agent. You can also use group policy to setup recovery agents as well
