What Remote Assistance Policy controlls the ability of a user to send Remote Assistance Request?
What is it called?
How exactly can it be used?

The remote access ploicy can be setup through group policy and linked to an OU, within Group Policy it is located under:

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Remote Assistance folder

This can also be setup as part of local policy if it needs to be done on one machine.
