do u get a certificate send to your home address saying u pass an exam from microsoft? or u gotta register at some sites or something? the only site i have register is at prometric website to setup for my mcsa test.
Microsoft will send you an email (well two actually) to the address you registered with Prometric. These emails will include your MCP id and temporary password to the MCP site, from there you can order a certificate and welcome kit to be sent to your physical address.

Yes, when you sign up at the MCP website you will be able to generate unique ID and give it to your employer. They will be able to just go in there, input the code you give them and check it out on their own.
