PrepLogic Voucher ... Good Deal?

Just wondering is this a good deal from PrepLogic ... has anyone ever tried their deals?

actually at their site it is $ 229

Read the fine print. The gift card you get from Preplogic has a maximum value of $155.

you buy a prepLogic package --- $ 139 --- you get the materials and a $155
gift card" ... which you can use towards a voucher. $229 - $155 = $74

so in the end you pay $139 + $74 = $213 and you get a voucher and study exam materials. good deal, right?
