Hello there,
I would like to purchase a book on virtualization. my goal is not take any certification on that subject but to help me build and configure a lab for 290 and 291 exams.
Any recommendations? Web sites or tech notes?
Your help is very much appreciated
Cheers!

Mastering VMware Infrastructure 3 by Chris McCain
I've used it to prepare for the exam and it would certainly provide more information than you'd ever want to know about ESX. -

+1 for installing one and playing around with it.
www.itidiots.com has some good video tutorials on virtualization as well.
