I haven't checked out any "special features" of the web site.
In order to login, you must type "https" and create a MS Passport login name.

EDIT: I'm able to login at this time.

No problems here, make sure you clear your cache and accept any certificates offered.

You can also try this url:

Try a different web browser then. Generally when I have issues with opera I bounce to firefox or ie or vice versa.

after some futher investigation i saw this on the site:

    "
    * If you have misplaced your access code or it has expired, you may request a new code by clicking the RESET ACCESS CODE button below. This service is only for first time visitors to the site. "

so i click on the reset access code button, put in my id, name and email and click on the button reset access code, but it said "we are unable to send your accesscode. please try again later."

so my question is it something wrong with their system or is it because i fail the exam and thus dont have the access code until i pass the exam? someone please let me know. thx in advance.

Yes, you are not an MCP (although they have assigned you an ID to be able to track your progress) until you pass an exam. Once you do pass, you will receive another email from Microsoft with your access code.
