CCNA ---Success

in CCNA & CCENT
well after 4 months ....up and downs with books,videos and sims ...finally put the first step on cisco mountain .....got my ccna (986/1000) ....what a relief......but much more hunger for CCNP now .....well from my experience ...i would say ..its not about reading the books 1 or 2 or even 3 times ...its about understanding the stuff ....once you have it on ur mind ...the troubleshotting skills will automatically follow .

i will be happy to help those who are going for it .....and need experts advice for my CCNP ....specially for the books....
next exam -> ICSW (CCNP 50% done)

    Same here ITdaddy, tentatively scheduled for september 1st but I'm shooting for mid-august. karanc, do you work somewhere that you can use cisco with or did you build a home lab? Congratulations on an awesome score and any help would be appreciated.

    Check out the CCNP FAQ. The link to the Cisco Press CCNP suggested books is in there. After the CCNA, Cisco Press (and the Cisco Documentation) is usually the only option for reading material. The link to the Cisco CCNP Prep Center is also in the FAQ.

    yes i work for a retail group ...having super and mega stores in carribean island ....so hand on practice on routers and switches
