Connecting WIC-2t to WIC-1t

I have the WIC-2T in a 3640 and the 1t in a 2650. If I wanted to hook them together I would need a DB60/Smart Serial cable, does it matter which end is DTE/DCE.

    No, it doesn't matter to the routers if it doesn't matter to you -- as long as you set the clock rate on the interface with the DCE end of the cable.

    I've got 1 WIC-2T and the 2 DB60/Smart Serial Cables I have are DCE on the DB60 end.

    How much should these run? I found a CAB-SS-6026-6 on ebay for 21.95. and cisco kits has one for 24.95.

    Is this an average price?

    They don't seem to have the DB60 to smart serial, they only have DB60. Thank you though.

    The length also helps determine the price. You can find some of the shorter cables for under $20 (including the shipping) on eBay. But the "medium length" cables are around the price you mentioned. The longest cables would cost even be more.
