HTML forms

Hello,
If i get a message "you can not send HTML forms" while browsing the Internet, does it mean that I need to select "submit non-encryoted form data option". It seems logical to me.
Or I should add this site to The Trusted Sites List? I doubt it.

no need to add it to the trusted site list...just enable submit non ecrypted data.
