Security+ objectives had changed

hi, people

CompTIA just changed Security+ objectives <2008>. Are there any chances they might change Network+ and/or Server+ objectives. I had checked @CompTia web site, and there wasn't any info.

Nothing has been announced as far as I know, but it's not like they change them overnight. For instance you can continue to write the Security+ exam based on the 2007 objectives until April 2009.

I got the same email, (the link to the actual story is here). As with all CompTIA exams, the certification you take never expires, and does not need to be retaken, even when there are updates.

The aformentioned links go to CompTIA's newspage regarding the new objectives and the timetable for the new and current exams.
