Cisco Simulator Test Question

I have a general question on the simulation on the 640-801 exam.

You solved the problem on the routers. You are able to ping from Router A all the interfaces on Router B. Your are able to also ping from Router B all the interfaces on Router A. The connectivety problem is solved, but should you also do a "copy run start" command? I know if you dont and reboot your router, the changes will not be saved.

Do you think cisco wants you do automatically do a "copy run start" or just make sure you get connectivity on both routers.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.

Your question has been answered numerous times in our forums. Yes, you always need to save the configuration. You need to think like a network professional who is hired to configure a router. What's the use of configuring a router if you do not save the configuration? It has to be rebooted at some time.

It is a simulation of a real-world scenario... would you even doubt to save the config when you were configuring an actual router?
