Free Online Courses from MIT
Hey There,
If anyones interested in higher (free) learning materials.
I found this page from MIT and has a broad spectrum of online and offline content (downloadable) pages from previous classes.
I downloaded some of the Japanese course study myself and found it very useful.

I've checked out some of their computer science offerings, and it's definitely a cool thing. Obviously, it's not the same as sitting in class, but who am I to complain about getting for free what some pay six figures for? It's definitely worth a look, lots of schools have begun doing the same type of thing, offering class content online for no charge.
(Who knows, maybe with a little bit of luck, and LOTS of work, I'll be one of those guys making stupid remarks during the recorded lectures.

Heh, one of my favs as well LuckyC.
Spielberg via Dreamworks is actually making an 3D re-adaptation of the origional GITS movie. Which to me doesnt make any sense. Why not produce a completely new GITS storyline in 3D with the Masamune Shirow and Production I.G. overseeing the production or offering insight/advice?
