Free Online Courses from MIT
Hey There,
If anyones interested in higher (free) learning materials.
I found this page from MIT and has a broad spectrum of online and offline content (downloadable) pages from previous classes.
I downloaded some of the Japanese course study myself and found it very useful.

Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModI've checked out some of their computer science offerings, and it's definitely a cool thing. Obviously, it's not the same as sitting in class, but who am I to complain about getting for free what some pay six figures for? It's definitely worth a look, lots of schools have begun doing the same type of thing, offering class content online for no charge.
(Who knows, maybe with a little bit of luck, and LOTS of work, I'll be one of those guys making stupid remarks during the recorded lectures. )

Heh, one of my favs as well LuckyC.
Spielberg via Dreamworks is actually making an 3D re-adaptation of the origional GITS movie. Which to me doesnt make any sense. Why not produce a completely new GITS storyline in 3D with the Masamune Shirow and Production I.G. overseeing the production or offering insight/advice?
