It's not so much the maintenance fees as the "parking fees", all airports charge them to planes at a gate (way higher) and those parked on the airport grounds. They can range from a few bucks a month to park a plane in Mojave, CA to the usual thousands to tens of thousands of dollars a day at the busiest airports.
Since this is Vietnam we'll say 10,000 Dongs a day (that's the Vietnamese currency) - or about US$0.60/day.
