Recovering Password on AS2509-RJ

in CCNA & CCENT
I put a user/password on this 2509 i've been toying with. It has an 11.2P IOS on it. I searched on Cisco.com for the recovery process but I get more info than I can process, no exact answers. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get back on this router?
