Telephone Wiring 2nd Line / No NIC

Hi Guys,

I need help wiring my home phone. i asked for a fax line, the guy from bell came and the next day my dog playing with the cable destroyed the jack and part of the cable, i called bell and they want to charge me $99.00 just for come and extra if the tech need something to fix it, i need to install 2 lines (phone-fax) and is just one room and my office ( 2 jacks) any one out there knows how are the cables connected?, i got 4 cables( red-yellow-black and green), i bought cable and few jacks yesterday but i don't know how to connect the cables to get 2 lines, i use DSL and no internet either, i went to wireless since yesterday, i'm going to kill that dog , nah, just jocking.
