Well I should be booking my test this Friday.
I've read the Sybex 6th edtion book and I am just about done watching how-to videos. I've also been successful in setting up VLANs, VTP, STP, Static, and Dynamic routes with virtual simulators.
I think I'm just about ready. One in a half more weeks of studing and I should be all set for the exam.
Any last comments?

Yes I have setup NAT, PAT, and I'm going to be going over each of these along with IPv6 once again.

Make sure you can do frame-relay as well. That is a pretty big objective as well. If you go for a CCNP it will also be assumed you know the fundamentals in order to adapt routing protocols to run over it.
