Congrats! Awesome score!

Do you work for Kaseya? We looked into using the product but eventually ended up with SMS2003. Although I really liked the intuitiveness of it.

No, I work for the largest managed service provider in the Boston area, and we use both Kaseya and N-Able.

Ah! Well, cool and congrats again!

Look for the ICND2 to be a bit more challenging than ICND1. But if your score on the ICND1 is any indication, you should be ok.
