does CCNA expires?

does really the CCNA expires after two years from the exam date? and if this is true what should i do?
plz answer me fast because i an going to exam in few days so i wanna know...

    It does expire and passing any professional level exam (CCNP/CCSP/CCVP) revalidates it.

    CCNA needs to be renewed every 3 years, not 2.
    CCNA Recertification

    CCNA certifications are valid for three years. To recertify, either pass the current CCNA exam, or pass the ICND2 exam, or pass any 642 professional level or Cisco Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams), or pass a current CCIE written exam.
