Morning all ...
I am searching for some material to show normal users how to troubleshoot if they have a network problem.
We are here working in a very big company (+10000) and we are only 12 people to check and repair if there is any kind of problem related to network.
Any link/help is really appreciated
Thanks in advance.

Things to try:
Ping by hostname
Ping by IP address
Ping loopback
Ping default gateway
Ping another machine on subnet
Check IP address (Not APIPA etc)
(replace ping with tracert/pathping where nessicary)
Depends how indepth you want them to go?? But these are a good place to start for none techies.Foolproof systems don't take into account the ingenuity of fools
