Please help, I want to create a data directory e.g E:\data_dir
Is there any tool that I can run or how to create

Erm....?

Right is this on a shared drive or a local drive?

Is it on a CD or other removable media?

Tried right clicking and selecting 'New Folder'?

Or

Click File > New > Folder

Now the next question is is this for a share you want to create?

Right click on the new folder and select 'Sharing and Security' to setup the share and ntfs permissions.

Sorry if i got your question wrong, if you can explain more im sure I can help.
