Absolutely, those tutorials are very well done and really are a must-use resource. I'm currently re-reading the LPI 2 Kernel tutorial.MCSE 2003, MCSA 2003, LPIC-1, MCP, MCTS: Vista Config, MCTS: SQL Server 2005, CCNA, A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, Linux+, BSCS (Information Systems) -
Macros42 Member Posts: 2 ■□□□□□□□□□Thanks guys. I've just decided to try these exams. I've been using Linux for just over a year at home - best move I ever made.
These resources will be a great help. I also have access to soft copies of
LPIC-1: Linux Professional Institute Certification Study Guide by Roderick W. Smith,
LPIC 1 Certification Bible by Angie Nash and Jason Nash
LPIC Prep Kit: 101 General Linux I by Theresa Hadden Martinez
(all legal - through Books24x7.com).
Hopefully with all these I should do ok. -

Definitely an awesome book I read a few chapters in it but will finish it one day! -
appropriator Member Posts: 4 ■□□□□□□□□□There are also good online resources for exam participation that are community organized/driven, like practice exams. Here is one site that has a community of people building practice exams: IT Exam Practice - Home Everyone may contribute to exams by creating new questions. It has LPI 101/102 mock exams... to check one's level before passing the real exam.

I went simple stupid and found a study guide on wikipedia:
LPI Linux Certification - Wikibooks, collection of open-content textbooks
The Wiki one is really great, not that much in detail as the ibm one, but it is complete.
p.s.: 102 tomorrow
