Certificates Etc

When I did the MCSE NT 4.0 exam back in the 14th century Microsoft sent me a certificate, card, badge, etc. Should I get something for passing Vista (70-620) as this gives me a new MS qualification? Or do I just get to print the thing out from the MS web site?
