Although Cisco has not updated their website or the new Cisco Learning website yet, it is true that passing either the CCNA Security, CCNA Voice, or CCNA Wireless exam renews your CCNA certification.

Cisco had this on their instant answers website:

Individuals passing any current CCNA concentration exam (wireless, security, voice) will automatically recertify their expiring CCNA concentration, CCNA or CCENT certification. Passing any 642 professional level exam or written CCDE or CCIE exam will also recertify a CCNA Concentration.

Nice, thanks for the info that was something I was wondering about.

P.S. The URL you posted is broken from the extra closing B tag (the system was "helping" you - I hate that feature. )
