Have a look at the changes to the paths (specifically voice and security): http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/learning_career_certifications_and_learning_paths_home.html

With the addition of the CCNA Wireless and ongoing development of the CCIE Wireless exam, you have to wonder if a CCWP isn't around the corner. Maybe incorporating some of the content from or based on the existing 650-621 LCSAWLAN, 642-586 AWLANSE, and 642-587 AWLANFE exams.

I was thinking the CCNA 640-802 was a pre-requisite for the other 3 certifications...am i right or can we directly go ahead with any of the three specialization certs?

Yes a valid CCNA certification is required before doing any of the CCNA specialization tracks.
