I've heard from 2 different sources, one saying that you can cluster terminal server another saying you cannot. Which is correct for the exam if i get asked this?
Thanks in advance,

It can exist on a cluster but it can not be clustered effectively. I wouldn't expect to see any questions about that on the 290 exam though. Clustering doesn't hit you until the 293.

Thanks, so in other words they can co-exsist, meaning you can have a terminal server running on a cluster, however it will not provide any futher failover advantages for terminal server. Says Network Load Balancing is the way to go.
So then for the exam, what would be the right answer if asked about clustering and terminal services?
Thanks,

If the question asks something like "should you use clustering with terminal services" (note all actual Microsoft exam questions will have at least an extra 3 paragraphs added for no apparent reason) the answer is no.
If they are asking about NLB, the answer is yes (for the test).
