dynamik Banned Posts: 12,312 ■■■■■■■■■□Yea, I'm interested in that as well. I still haven't gone through Breath of Fire 2 yet though. I feel like I'm just collecting all my old games out of nostalgia. It'll be interesting to see how this holds up. I thought it was awesome when I first played it, but that was also 12 years ago.

Mishra, wasn't FF3 the one where you eventually went up to a sky world? Right before that happened, I completely sold off everything in my inventory. Unfortunately, all the gear for people not in my party was in my inventory, so they were all unequiped. Then I had to play with them when I went up there, and they just died in one hit every time. I didn't have any other saves and there was no place to get more gear haha. That =
That sounds like Secret of Mana, ff3 is the one where you go to Kefka's Tower. -
Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModThe list looks good. It includes some of my favorites, aside from the mainstream FF and Chrono Trigger series, I also loved Earthbound, Illusion of Gaia, and the Breath of Fire series. I was also a HUGE fan of the Lufia games, but I was a little sad to see they left Robotrek and Secret of Evermore off the listing.

Earthbound was an absolute blast -- do you remember the scented cards the game originally came with? Oh, the memories...MCSE 2003, MCSA 2003, LPIC-1, MCP, MCTS: Vista Config, MCTS: SQL Server 2005, CCNA, A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, Linux+, BSCS (Information Systems) -

I think you are the first person I have ever seen mention Illusion of Gaia. That is one of my all-time favorites. I'm with you on the rest of the list as well. Earthbound rocked! -
Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModWhat can I say? I spent most of my childhood rotting in front of the television, but at least I worked up my hand-eye coordination.
Now, for the real hardcore EB fans. . . what flavor was your menu screen? (Mine was always peanut butter.) And I did get the whole pack with the strategy guide, the scratch-and-sniff stickers, and I collected a whole bunch of them from Game Players magazine, which I subscribed to when EB came out. Here's something for the truly nostalgic.
