Would like to load a New IOS to a Router in Router(boot)>

Dear List,
I am a new learner, and currently would like to install a new IOS to my 2501 Rouer from my TFTP server.

the Router that i have now is in Router(boot)> mode, and Configuration register is 0x41.

Can any one give me any advice on how should i do it ?
