I mean, assuming one were keen on breaking into IT security, I'm guessing those who just passed the NA Security believe it was worth it?

I wouldn't start with the ISCW for the CCNP track. It has some assumed knowledge with routing protocols such as BGP. A better place to start would be the BSCI as it would cover the routing technologies you need to know for the ISCW.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -
