Yep this is the first of the CCNP course. Why did I take this exam first? LOL Great question!..

At work I was able to get my hands on some 2950 switches and a router, and thought it would be a good place to start

Plus I like switching much more than routing. Unfortunately the BCSI is nothing but routing

Oh well, need to learn it

To be honest the voice. And the wireless can be a little tricky. Especially if you are not familiar with wireless.
