newest CCNA Official Exam Certification Library book

Just a question I had was does the Sept 2007 7th edition of the CCNA Official Exam Certification Library book by Wendell Odom cover the current ccna exam? I know this book has been suggested by everyone on the forums and I just wanted to make sure before I go out and get it that it will cover the current exam.

The library is just the pack of both books, right?

I just bought the CCENT/ICND 1 book, and it was printed in August 2007. It's the second edition of that particular book. Does that match what you have?

Assuming this is what you have then yes it is current. You mentioned 7th edition, but I think that's a mistake as it's the 3rd edition and was published in Sept 2007.

I bought my cisco press books a few months back and mine have a copyright of 2008 and is the second edition.

the "Second edition" piece is all that matters.
