10g 802.1q trunk???

Morning all .... long time no see :) I was in a very good vacation
But now Back to work :)


I have heard from some guys that we can't just configure a 10g port on cisco switches as a trunk ?

Is that true ?

    I don't know if there is a config issue, but I am sure that you can run dot1q over them.

    I know they have a heating problem in some 6500 chassis :D We had them laying on the floor at one point lol
