got a quick question.
i've been to an official 2 week security + course through my employer. i've been studying the sybex 3rd edition book, plus a fast pass book for review, as well as watching the cbt nuggets.
I just took the 2 practices 100 question tests that came with the sybex practice CD.
i made an 85 on test 1, and a 90 on test 2. is this a good evaluation of the actual test? i mean, if i'm scoring in 85's-90's on these test, is there a good chance i'll pass? 2 people at work just took this test, and both failed, and it kinda freaked me out a bit, but i do have much more experience than they do in this area.
second, are the questions on the sybex tests pretty accurate as far as difficulty to the real test?
quick responses are appreciated.

Try transcender.com test questions, they are good.

I think those questions are a "fair" estimate of the actual test. You should look around for some other practice tests as well though. This site has a couple of decent tests too. You should do both the practice tests and combine your score. There is also a good port number quiz.
